G36C hicap mag not feeding on full auto

Hi, I'm fairly new to airsoft and I recently purchased a TM G36C from redwolf with a number of accessories, one of which was a hi-cap mag. The problem is it will fire on semi but as soon as I try switching to full-auto it won't fire a thing. Even while set to semi, I have to wind it every 10-15 rounds. I've read a couple of other posts regarding hi-caps (none about g36 mags though) and people seem to think lubrication is the way to go to fix this. Any thoughts? Thanks

edit: To clarify I should add that the gun is in fact firing, just no bb's come out.

Ok, so I found out that the mag wasn't being wound completely and for good measure I lubed it up - all fixed. Thanks for your help!
