May the gods of forensics and justice aid us in our hour of need. Brothers and Sisters of Airsoft! We must indeed be vigilant, so that our righteous fury may soon become lawful vengeance against these thieves most vile.

In more clear terms, I hope that the people responsible get what's coming to them and that the folks at the War Store come through all of this as best is possible. +1 just about everything in this thread so far.

Unreal...
Todd has been hosed twice now. Once by the CBSA while coming up to help sponsor Border War last year, and now again by some fu#@ing low lives who don't realize how much The War Store has helped both the Canadian and American airsoft communities. This really blows.
But hopefully we'll hear of some high profile take down by the local police, SWAT, and the FBI, where some of the arses are stupid enough to shoot back with those PTWs. Would really serve them right.

Best of luck Todd and hope things turn out ok for you.

When I do my usual pawn shop visits in Niagara I will keep an eye for items. Odds are... it was already dispersed to the perps who "ordered" the items.

Either this was stolen for a private collection
Or too sell...

Hopefully the crooks are dumb enough to post a bunch of these guns on craigslist / local forums / ebay at the same time.

I hope they get caught, this is not the work of 1 person acting alone, and we dont want these being used in robberies or any way that draws negative attention from the media.

I seriously doubt that Ebay or Craigs list are going to do anything about watching for these items. They've got better things to worry about than a bunch of stolen toy guns. It's likely you'll see these things up on ebay.

As for them getting the guns into Canada, it's highly unlikely if not impossible.

Ah well, shit happens. Terrible. All I can say is have better security in the future.

They have better things to do than to enter a list of stolen items into a database scan script that is designed to compare items being sold to seller's general location? Really isn't that hard, and takes next to no effort on their part once such a system is up and running.

They wont, they dont care...

I never said that THEY would (They = staff for craigs / ebay ).
But I meant players who often browse their local craigslist looking for good deals. Or local airsoft forum buy/sell section should be on the lookout for these items.

Well I was thinking of throwing in some stupid joke about having a ton of guns to rent out at the next big game. I dont think thats funny though.
Seriously a heist like that would need to be done by semi-pro guys. Anyone that would be smart enough to pull this off would know better then to sell them off at pawn shops or ebay. I dont think this is your normal smash and grab robbery. I assume the culprits know the consequences of these actions and would be very careful as to where and when these guns move. There are a lot of people in the states and I dont think they're as tight knit as our great community. trying to unload a fraction of that haul in Canada would surely raise a red flag but selling off individual guns across the states should'nt be that hard. I hope the war store recovers from this and these creeps get caught. I get upset if I lose a mag, 60 guns and all that gear really sucks.

I think these guys KNEW what they were grabbing! They didn't steal these for the coolness factor....

The hardest gun to move would be the high customized Systema with the War Store logo...
