I own a HFC DarkHawk (it has a G17 slide) and as you can see in my signature it is not working because the slide is locking half way back, this is becuase some of the cheap metal on the slide and outer barrel have bent and wore down.

I own a KWA and have not hade any problems mind you it is a USP .45 and totally different from the G17. A freind own's the KSC G17 and has had some small problems but KSC's are good guns.

Sean
Thx. Where did you get your hi-cap and for how much?

Well, if you're in Canada, the ASC classifieds are pretty much your only choice to get any gun, new or used. Unless you plan on risking smuggling one across the border, you don't really have any other options...

I was talking to a couple people and apparently the border patrol let you cross with airsoft peices. I was talking to atleast 3 canadians on youtube who had brought them through and they said the border patrol only asked if it was over 500fps and if it wasn't they didn't mind. I know that these could have just been flukes so I wasn't planning on getting mine that way (If it does get taken there goes $120), However a previous work budy of mine was planning on opening an airsoft store in the gta and said he could get one for me and give me a deal to.

For the 3 people who managed to get them across while declaring them, another 100+ had their confiscated doing the same. It's a hit-or-miss situation.

The full auto glocks do tend to have problems in the long run. In my experience, these problems are usually related to parts breaking and things coming loose. But glocks are common guns so a good gun doc should be albe to patch it up in a jiffy and parts are plentyful.

My KWA G18C didn't have any accuracy issues at 7 yards ~1.5 inch grouping on semi-auto... but why get an 18c if your going to use semi-auto. In full auto mode, its REALLY hard to get just 1 shot off, especially in the heat of battle. As a sidearm, the 18c has the amazing ability to keep heads down and allow you to either reload your main weapon or run away.

In a pistol only game, just bring lots of mags.

TM glock long mags fit in the hfc g17? Thats confirmed right? Im assuming they should as the g17 and 18 use the same sort of frame.
Is any of the TM glock parts interchangeable with the hfc g17?

Within the same company (KSC or TM), any Glock mags will fit any Glock.
