MK23 Prime Aluminum Slide
So I bought this slide for my pistol. On top of the problems that i listed here, i found that when the green o-ring is installed, the slide wont rack forward. The o-ring creates too much resistance and the spring (upgraded to 150%) is not sufficient to return the slide back to battery position. it essentially looks like a jam. I wanted to know if any other Prime slide users for the Mk23 have this problem and what they did to solve it. i could dremel it, i could also remove the o-ring. but those are more of last ditch efforts. any help could be appreciated.

I don't, nor ever have owned a KSC MK23.... so I do not 100% know what you're talking about here.
From the sounds of it you should try different O rings... You can pick up O ring kits off of E-bay or at places like Princess Auto. |

I was under the impression that the ring was purely cosmetic so removing it shouldn't hurt the gun but as you said that should be a last resort. Have you tried oiling it?

fuck the o-ring.
Toss it (or save it for photo-ops). You bought the gun for the training, not the looks |
