Yeah I heard bad things about it, something like only able to put 4 mags in, im looking for about 8 mags storage, so im looking for something with double mag poutches.

If you want a Canadian Soldier look you don't need a Repro Tac Vest, etc. A lot of units are pretty good on allowing non issue kit aslong as it's CADPAT, OD or Coyote Brown. I've even seen some guys wearing US issue MOLLE vest an pouches.
