GBB Problems Need expert.

Hi well I have two pistols and both have there own problems.

First pistol is a WA Hi-Capa CQB Special. I have a Flow Restrictor installed in it and am running it off propane. Now the only problem is I have an extremely low FPS I'm talking around 150 ish.

Second pistol is a WE Caspian style 1911. The only problem with this pistol is that today I tried it today for the first time earlier in the day it was making 11 out of the 15 shots before it ran out of gas. well after a few more mags I let it warm up and it started to make all the rounds and much more. Now I get 3 shots and it dies from both my mags. also I'm running this on propane.

Do you mean WE Hicapa? To my knowledge, WA does not make one. The TM Hicapa build (duplicated by WE) would not be compatible with a flow restrictor.

If you have a WA GBB, does it work better with a slightly cooled mag? If so, I guess that your hammer spring isn't stiff enough for propane and is light striking.

Do your WE 1911 leak gas while filling like most Japanese GBB mags do? If not (silent refill like KJW) then your GBB has single port fill valves which do not assure consistent fill. You will find that cooling your mags for about 5min in the fridge before filling will help.

He's got a WA High-Capacity pre-SCW (it says 'High Capacity' on the box, not a hicapa though).

Have you upgraded your hammer spring? It may not be strong enough to strike the valve cleanly. Since you are using propane, the valve is going to be harder to "push".

I figured out WE 1911.

Also I think you 100% right about the hammer spring.
heres a link with some more info on my WA http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...l?prodID=10651

Now what I'm wondering is what type of hammer spring will work? Is there ones made for WAs? also will any other manufacturer work?

Wait, you mean it's NORMAL for mags to leak propane when filling?

depending on the type of mag, yes, and it refers to some spraying out in a cone like shape while filling, my KWA glock does, but my friends sniper doesn't.

Try dropping a 6mm bb into the spring well to increase the preload. MadMax 6mm hammer spring upgrade.

I tried the bb thing but it seem like it put WAY to much push on it and I couldn't get the pin in to hold it in place.I even tried cutting the bb in half but it still had to much pressure.
