king arm mags good or not?

i've come to the light that 20rd mag is just not enough per mag.

so i've seen that KA mags 70rd G3 makes and the sell them in packs of 5 for 60 bucks US. so before i go and sell all my STARs i wanna make that KA's mags are any good and worth my hard earned cash.

i only ask about this because i've mixed reviews on the mags.

Yes, mixed reviews is right. A lot of people have had problems with new (and/or plastic, not sure) KA mags feeding, and you have to trim off some material on the part that holds BB's in.

so some of them to have a problem but its a quick fix and most didn't have problems afterwards?

i'm looking at the King Arms G3 70R H&K (non-H&K) magazines the body looks to be metal but i'm not 100% sure.

edit
check KA's website metal body mags

I have heard of issues with the plastic mags, but with the metal M4 mags I used to have, I never had a single issue.

And for their price for a metal mag, you can't go wrong really.

I just got a 5-pack of King Arms metal M4/M16 mags last week. I've tried them all to ensure functionality, and they seem to work fine without any feed issues.

I also have a box of King Arms plastic AK47 mags. I don't have any feed issues with those either, although I had to dremel down the lip that engages into the mag catch, since they were a bit too thick and the mag catch would't lock onto them. Now that I've ground down that lip, no problems.
