yah no kidding, they guy still has a buiseness to run and if hes not contacting people then hes is not conducting it very well. but this ISNT NEW....look around on the boards, hes always in this situations.

I just spent a good part of the day bouncing e-mails back and forth with Ken. from all the posts it seems he a pretty busy guy. I've been on ASC for 2 months now and still can't get anyone to age verifiy me so tit for tat I'd say. we're all busy and have lives outside of airsoft I'm sure (moment of silence) okay well then maybe we should cut the guy some slack. I found his service and support to date to be #1. Considering I've spent the last 3 yrs running the globe setting up customer support centres and getting people trained up I'd say Ken is by far superior to any customer support I've seen in those 3 yrs. Just a n00bs 2 cents let the flaming begin?

Hello,
My first post yaaa. I placed an order with Ken yesterday.(Feb11) I was in contact with him through multiple emails during the morning and afternoon so I guess my experience has been great so far.

I went though Mark for my guns because Ken never responded to any of my emails. I asked Ken about getting a Python and no responeses and i emailed Marked and he had it ordered for me within a week. though im still waiting for my order from Mark but thats another story

Meh...just doesnt like you guys.
 I've dealt with him for 4 years now. Just keep bugging him. He's a great guy, just a bit hard to nail down. I know it's not the way it should be, but if you don't like the service he gives...go somewhere else. |

Ken "IS" answering...I finally tracked that guy down & bought his last TM Tracer Unit.
I thought I'd give him one last try since I had struck out twice previous to this order...finally!!!! You really have to bug this guy I guess...I'm guessing he was tired of all my negative feedback on the forums here and decided to come through for a change! Anyways, thanks Ken !!! It was about time! Who knows when I'll be up to bat again! KP

And thats why airsoft is in the shape thats its in now. Ive been reading many posts and I am fucking shocked Airsoft has become like crack, you have to get hooked up to buy an airsoft gun, this is fucking pathetic, like one place to get guns and hes not around. Something needs to be done and fast or this game wont have much future in Canada.

I have not been able to contact him for almost 2 mounths now and have missed 5 or 6 games because of it. I have called him probly over 100 times now emailed him time and time again and left a note at his door and i am starting to get really pissed off! He has almost $2500 of my and is not responding this is ridiculous he tolled me that i would have my guns back by january 15!!!! I Dont care if there even fixed i just want them back!!!!

As far as I know Ken will be at the game in Bragg Creek tomorrow, so you can talk to him then, if you cant make it I'll talk to him for you. I've known Ken for about 8 years now and he's never been one to pull anything shifty. He is a very busy guy and sometimes hard to get a hold of but im sure he'll get you your stuff back as soon as he can.
