M9 and P226 comparison
Hey guys, i just came from a gbb dealer and i couldint decide
i held both guns next to each other and inspected them both carefully but i cant seem to find ne diffrences other then look. there both TM and they both are highly upgradeable but i cant choose. I already have a sig P226 and i wanted to get another one and make a full metal conversion, but then i saw this M9 and couldint take my eyes off of it. Whats the reviews on teh M9 and in comparision to the P226, witch one is more reliable and usefull for airsoft? Thx guys Cranberry |

Well I have a full metal custom upgraded TM 226 and I wouldnt trade it for anything right now... Never an issue, always strong performance, great crisp blowback, amazing performance even when it was pretty much stock..
I did hold an M9 before I bought my Sig, I liked it, know where your comming from, but I just preffered the Navy, solid, large style of the Sig.. Cant help you pick, bias answer from me is get the SIG.. but its your call dude. Hope this helps..

I have an upgraded TM P226 and a KJW M9. I love everything about the P226. It's a badass gun with serious performance. But honestly, my M9 is my favorite gun of all and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

The p226 was made in the last two years, the m9 on the other hand was made almost 10 years ago.
Good luck. |

P226 is probably more reliable, Last night i Fired it about 200 times rapid fire(4 Loads of Propane) and it didnt even misfire once. Only reason i stopped was because the Propane Adapter was starting to freeze...

Rocked out all afternoon long yesterday with my KJ M9 in the cold, we were inside but the building wasnt heated in the playing area. Musta been somewhere near minus 10 inside. I kept my mags close on my body so they wouldnt get cold and had no issues if anything. The thing is with KJ is that it comes full metal and theres very little in terms of upgradeability but for the TM M9, theres much you can do to it.
Someone was running a stock plastic TM m9 yesterday and also had no issues at all with it being cold, while someone with a KJ p226 was having difficulty keeping the gun firing, while his TM DE HardKick edition was running fine.

Since your in cadpat, and want to make a C7, I suggest the TM P226, you can always get a metal slide and upgrades later on

P226 all the way! I've fired many GBB during my time including an M9 and I'd choose one P226 over two M9s anyday! lol
