P226 engraving
I'm thinking about buying a KJW P226. The problem is that there is no engraving on the slide. I'm pretty sure I could find an engraver that could reproduce the trades on the slide. But would the slide keep it's black finish or would it be "silver", the color of metal/aluminum?

You would see the metal coloring of the pot metal under the paint if it was engraved.

you could always try and re-paint the silver after engraving

Are you going to use this gun in a game or as a wall-hanger?
Because if you're using in games, trades don't matter. KJ Sigs are good guns too. |
