kings arms mags?

hi just wondering about king arms ak mags are any good or are they crap??????

I have a box of the 110 round plastic AK mags. I've used them a few times each in my old Double Eagle AK-47. The fit was tight (I suspect it was the gun and not the mags), but never had a feeding issue.

I've used their metal M4 mags before - loved them. I've never had a feeding issue (tight follower springs - very good) and the fit was good as well. Haven't had any experience with their AK stuff, but I've heard good things. And wouldn't expect any less.

well for $22.00 and $18.00 shipping for 5 of them is pretty good in my opinion.

Don't get 'em those count as mid-caps, and if you ever are going to be playing with the MAA you're only allowed to use 3 midcaps.

Go for some lo-caps, You can also get those in a bundle pack.

The metal KA 110 round ones are great, never used the platic ones.

KA FAL mags are sturdy but I think they're partially responsible for my jamming.

I'm still trying to figure out how to fix them.

I vouch for the M4 series, and i will soon have some from the AUG line as well. I'll let you know.

File down the BB stopper a little bit.

I have a box of the plastic ones, and I'm happy with 'em. They misfed a bit at first, but a slight take-down and lube job took those problems away. It's the snuggest fit I've ever had with a mag, and I love 'em.

It seems like King Arms offers the best, cheap alternative to TM or CA mags.

They do have minor issues (in my case at least) that can be fixed.

My KA M16 mags didn't always lock in the magwell (TM M4A1) because the hole where the mag release is supposed to go wasn't perfectly straight. I had to file them a bit.

My KA G36 mags were too tight (CA G36), I had to file the 4 sides of the part that goes in the magwell to make them easier to insert and release.

yeah thinking of it now, I did have 1 minor issue with one of my metal KA mags. I had to file one corner on one mag just a little. It was a bit tight to get the mag to seat in the gun, other then that they were flawless. And costing $100 for 7 was hard to complain. If only PTW mags were that cheap....
