It was a craptastic site based in Ontario that sold airsoft and softair guns. I looked into it and it turns out its run by a 14 year old kid. I cant find the URL for his site, but I know I made a post about it somewhere back in the day. Thread had webcam pics of the kid holding springers and plastic tactical vest.
He used to tell me how he used to sell china guns at his school out of his backpack.

Now, after 2 or more years, the kid replies to one of my old baiting emails out of the blue. Email is below.

I googled his email addy and it showed up on a number of other sale forums.

Apparently he graduated in 2007 according to his facebook profile. He would be 18 by now, or 15/16 when you spoke to him.

In which case it'd now be 'okay'...correct?

I'm all about giving second chances and if the kid has 'reformed' is sales methods I don't see why we couldn't give him some business.

I donno the details of the guy, but a minor who sold guns to minors without any legal licensing to sell airsoft in the first place...You think any amount of reformation deserves our business?

There is no such thing as a license to sell airsoft. The sales of airsoft, either by private individuals, or businesses, is illegal regardless of whether or not they have an importation license. And if you really want to get picky about it, how many people sell guns regularly in this forum?

However, the selling guns to kids thing, I don't agree with. That's just bad practice all around. But it's no more illegal than selling to the 18+ crowd.

One way or another, his operation sounds rather shady, so I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
