Experience with DEN Trinity?
Found an M4 I actually want, only issue is its got Stoner rifle trades plastered all over it. DEN Trinity carries it, and claims to never have their orders seized. True? False? Anybody have any personal experience with these guys?

False, retailer cannot (well, they can, but it means nothing) guarantee things like "our orders are never seized" because the onus is on the importer to possess the proper authorization to import the prohibited device in question.

It might be a good idea to fill out your location with something useful, in that case.
If you're in the US, our laws and experience don't apply to you. You're probably better off asking an American forum, where people would have much more experience of ordering guns from them.

"couch" is a little too non-specific when talking about legalese things. In Canada, no-go on importation. In the U.S., knock yourself out, I guess.

I import to the US from Den. They abide by the rules and all my items always clear customs.

Don't most HK retailer have to either cover the trades or even remove them when importing to the states?

I've bought from them in person- incredibly nice fellows, very helpful and didn't lie about the faults about anything. Ordering from them, I wouldn't know.

The basics: If you are in the US, you got nothing to worry about. If you bother to say so in your profile, the answers will match where you live.
WE dont have the luxury of ordering what we want like you can. OUR advice is useless to you, and the reverse is equally true. So... on your 'couch' is kinda childish, dont you think? Specially if you ask for help and opinions from a DIFFERENT country? |

Wake up you guys, you live in the U.S. Of course you get it...along with a nice orange flash hider & maybe the trades wiped out!

Just b/c we live in the US doesn't mean that crap doesn't happen to us too. My buddy's AK got seized and sent back causing him to wait a month before getting it. All just depends on what A-hole is working that day I guess.
