Technical question about M4/shotgun combo.
Hey guys
Way back when I was getting into airsoft I saw an ad with a shogun attached to the foregrip of an M4. I haven't been able to find it since so what I was wondering was if anyone could tell me what model shotgun it was and what I would need in order to put that combo together. Oh yeah, and do you know if it works only for the M4 or if it was some kind of rail adaptor that would let me use it on other guns? If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

It's called a masterkey. Any other details about what shotty you'd need, etc, I'm not sure.

Yeah it's called a Knights Armament Masterkey, which uses a Remington 870.
For airsoft, G&P makes a Masterkey which works with their 870s (both the springers and the gas models): http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper...srch_masterkey There was also some a few other craptastic M37s that were meant to mount on M4s, all of which have thankfully vanished from the face of the Earth, AFAIK.

Looks like the thumb wheels and pins from Picatinny mounts. You'd need to cannabilize 2 to make one though since only one of the notched rail clamps comes free on the ones I've seen.

Those were actually Aqua's guns. And I believe they were rail attachers from scope rings, or something.
