By real cap you mean, say 30 rounds? Or real steel? Also which gun?

I picked up some of the Star plastic 30rd mags from Ken at 007 Airsoft and they work OK but I found better luck with metal midcaps (68 rds) loaded to 30. The Star mags are affordable though, I got 10 for $90.00 CDN

AA has some. If you go under the CA magazine section, you'll see it. Not sure how well they perform though.

You can get 10x 30-round STAR mags for 57.99 shipping included from eHobby.

If you can afford em, get low caps instead and just limit filling them to 33 rounds (the last 3 don't feed in AEGs). You can get some King Arms lowcaps from AirsoftParts.ca for pretty cheap, and they're metal instead of plastic.
It really depends on you and your budget, but if you're like me and paid to put together a good quality all metal gun, you probably don't want some dinky plastic mags.
