I've heard some bad things about the FAMAS. There are some bad things about the P-90 too, but mostly just little quirks that can be worked out if one has the patience. I guess I just have to stop wasting pay on video games for a while, until I have enough for the 552. Unless someone really, really wants a P-90 for a 552.

Most of the people who bash the famas hate it simply because it's a french gun, no other reason. It's actually quite decent to play with.

The stock on my 552 broke within a month. Under normal use as well. Loved it befor it broke though.

You did? All I can think of are aesthetics and creakiness, I remedied both.

Yes, it's upgradeable, V2 parts, for the most part, will fit. Check Arnies if you don't believe me, loads of guides and upgrade hints, as well as people who've brought it to 390 comfortably.

I keep mine stock. Somehow, has the same range as my friend's $1500 Redwolf Custom SPR, the look on his face was priceless when we tested it.

I was bored one day and did some research into it. Though I must admit, the the way it looks turns me off. The FA-MAS is dirt ugly.
