Check with guys like fixerdude on Bravo Co., or Blastyman on EAR. They are your most helpful local guys that come to mind. You are better off to do the work locally, rather than ship your gun out.
Aairsoftparts.ca does carry some good internals, or you could always tag along on a group order locally or check with Darklen on RAAT for parts.
