Canada shipping ?

Hello fellow forum members,

I was wondering if it was legal to ship airsoft blowback operated pistols in Canada. I have visited a website called airsplat.com and they have interesting pistols. I would like to buy one but I was wondering if they would ship it to Canada and if it was legal. I have no wishes for the FBI or cops to arrest me because of a replica firearm. Thank you.

No problem, you just have no idea how many people ask that same question. Though you get points for using proper grammar and spelling, as opposed to the l337 speak we get all to often.

Anyway, the OP posted an ambigous question. No, you cannot import guns from other countries if you are in Canada. However, you can freely ship guns inside the country since there are no municipal/provincial border agencies. Just another reason to get age verified to be able to buy from other members.

Oh, and FBI? You might get a letter from the CBSA or another federal entity, but I doubt the 4chan party van would go extraterritorial on your ass.

Be warned, you will find nothing that compares to some of the cheaper, much more crappy replicas on airsplat in Canada.

Also, be 18 or over.
