Pretty sure 6mm, only Marushin seem to use 8mm.

I've seen a picture floating around the internet where an airsoft type-99 (don't think it was the Tanaka one) actually fits a realsteel bayonet. I know it is not permissible to use one in skirmishing for obvious reasons, but to observe it hanging on a wall in the safety of your own home it would look hella sweet! Does anyone know if the dimensions of the Tanaka type-99 are even remotely close to the realsteel?

Bayonets fit the Tanaka K98 as well... nice
