KSC USP 45 problem

My girlfriend boght me a KSC USP 45 with a metal slide, a recoil spring guide, and two mags with high flow valves for Christmas. The gun was working great and had no issues other than the leak that ksc mags have, which i fixed with some rtv.

after a few months of sitting in my closet (chicago winter's suck balls) I take it out two days ago to go shoot it. The first shot came out fine then the second never left the barrel. It seems as if the gun will shoot the first and the rest have some sort of cycling problem. After the first shot the bbs will either shoot to only half way down the barrel and roll out, it will double feed and roll the two or shoot them both. just now i shot it and the bb came out of the ejection port.

i have tried everything from adjusting the hop up, lubing all the moving parts, using 134a and green, and for the hell of it changed the bb weight. i'm all out of options. i did a search and did not find any one else with the exact same issue so here i am.

thanks
