Something is wrong with my KSC G19
Dunno if it's normal...... The internal metal frame of my KSC G19 seems to be "BRONZE" out. I ran a cloth over it but dosen't lifts up any sign of rust. It looks like it had been oxidized. Anyone here owns a KSC G19 and having the same problem?

If you live in the US, why do you have a KSC, and not a cheaper KWA with an orange painted tip. Just keep it well maintained with sylicone, and if the bronze dosen't effect preformance, don't worry about it.

It happens, just the black finish wearing off and the metal treatment underneath showing more. You might try degreasing it, and see if gun bluing will work on it.

No, every KSC glock I've ever seen that isn't brand new is bronze coloured.
Wasn't it just NYC and not NY state that banned airsoft? Or are there state laws? His profile says hes 35 so assuming that isn't a lie its quite possible he has any necessary licenses. |

Both my glocks I have here are bronze on the inside two... one is KWA and one is KSC (glock 19).

I live on long island. It is definitely legal to own and purchase airsoft equip there. There are a few local places to play, that are sanctioned playing grounds. Have you heard of: http://www.longislandairsoft.net/store/home.php?cat=283 and http://www.hotspotairsoft.com/hsastore/ Both are in Long Island, NY. Seems like you recall incorrectly. Quote:

Seriously though, every KWA/KSC glock I've seen with more than a few rounds through it has this issue. If its a real concern, you might want to try blueing, though I've never done this myself an dont know what the result would be.
