It's not a red dot, I'm 99% sure that's a normal 4x32.

Hmm, could be either one just by looks... Google Acog reddot, and Acog 4x32, and you get very similar looking optics.

I was actually looking at these kits just a few days ago. I would have went for the side folding stock.

Its gotta be TM, since the TMs are the only ones that can use Milled style receivers (or custom stamped ones), while ICS is pretty much limited to what they have now (stamped only).
