What brand makes "detailed" airsoft
Hi everyone,
I did some research on some brands. Mainly China made ones (China Air) due to the low low price, but after the several hours of looking for detailed info, the outside quality seemed very poor. What are some very good detailed brands out there? I want good quality for Plastic (not painted, or painted the correct way). Main model I am looking for is MP5 full stock, or slightly modded to fully modded like MP5 Navy. I'm a big fan of this model and had the chance to try it out in the states a few years ago. My price tag isn't going to be so high. Mainly looking under $450 for something new, under 400$ would be best, or even a used model (ill be searching the classifieds when i get verified). Are there any good and large review sites for airsoft? I play paintball and they have some really good review sites when looking for markers, makes everything so much easier. |

Just get a TM MP5A4, you can't go wrong with it. I have two of them, they are black plastic and hold up well, are accurate and pretty detailed (right down to "weld marks" on the base of the rear sight!)

CA MP5's will serve you well and are best value. My A2 cost me ~$500 and it's got: the tactical foregrip, A3 lower reciever, full stock, all metal parts, and about 20 fps more than a TM in power. Oh and no made "Made in Japan" or "Toyko Mauri Co. Ltd." plastered all over a hideous plastic reciever. Only non-real logo is "Classic Army" placed completely out of the way on the motor plate, and it's in shallow bold text that isn't even noticable if you look for it.

Basically what the other guys said.
The main ASC index has a review section with links to other review sites. If you cant find a review through that, it doesn't exist yet. As the other guys also said, we usually(and by that, I mean always) recommend against the super cheap china guns. Get verified and check the classifieds. Its easy to find a quality used AEG for your price range. |

There are many players around Montreal. I strongly suggest you go meet them and see the guns in person.
In general, avoid the cheap china guns. |
