Hey man thanks I'm hoping to go mainstream soon as I'd like to keep business and pleasure seperate. It doesn't make for as enjoyable hobby that airsoft is for me if all it is to me is a business venture as I'm sure constantly seeing "Pics of gear I've made" popping up in the gear discussion section will eventually become tedious, and that's not what I'm into :P

All of the gear you have posted so far looks quite amazing to be honest. It seems some people just have a knack for knocking together kickass gear (i'm sure whatever industrial sewing machine you are using helps too!) and you appear to have it in spades. Best of luck to you.

Those mp5 subloads looks amazing! I have to admit they would look awsome if a person like me could wear them. Wow, who ever is getting those is one lucky airsofter!

Gear making has it's ups and downs though. Sometimes you'll be working on something and you're really far along in it, and then you realize you should have sewn something on sooner or you missed a step when you're already five or six steps ahead and you can't go back. I think that's the worse down you could have when you're creating pretty much anything. But after all the blood sweat and tears and you finally have a finished product or prototype, you get an over whelming sense of appreciation, and positive feedback helps a lot too But yeah, it takes a lot of trial and error but the results are well worth it |

Looks awesome... as for possible improvements, I'd focus on the leg strap. You'll probably want to add some sort of elastic section to it, and personally I love when there's a bit of rubber to prevent movement.

Yeah I've had a couple of suggestions for some elastic incorporated into the strap(s). I wouldn't mind being able to find some rubberized webbing, but haven't had much luck finding the stuff, so I've been working on another idea to keep the leg rig from sliding around on your leg, but that's still a WIP in it's own right. |

Hey thanks dude. I first started off ordering material from the states, but after it was costing me way too much in broker fees, I started looking around for places here in Canada. I found a few actually: J Ennis Fabrics Texfast Consoltex As for making stuff, you just have to be creative and do a lot of research and get a feel for what's out there, and do your best to keep away from copying other peoples' designs - which is difficult to do because you're going to run into some similarities, like shapes and features. If you're going to venture into gear making, one of the easiest ways to do it is to just keep it simple. If you try to come up with the l337 u83r b35t gear in t3h world, you'll spend more time thinking about it than actually putting out product. |

My only issues with your gear is the serious lack of TAN. That's just wrong man...
