Need Pics/Opinions Of Black Gear On OD/vice versa
I am about to build yet another loadout of gear, and have everything i want picked out, all i need is what type of colors i want to use. I am very fond of using black gear on Olive Drab, which can also be swapped out for other types of camo. That or I was thinking of using Olive Drab on Black or navy. Shinjit Noir did this with a navy flight suit, and a wesstach, and it looked really cool. So basically im stuck with deciding to go with either black or OD Molle Gear. If you have any pics of yourself, someone else, or anything on the net, id appreciate it. Some thoughts or opinions are welcome, mind you i know the ineffectiveness of black and solids in the field, so ignore making the statement entirely. this is a question of looks not effectiveness, which i know some of us are incapable of. I dont know any good keywords to start a search either.
Shinjit Noir's CQB loadout. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/gallery...hp?i=1010&c=19 |

I've always liked the look that temperate camouflage or OD gives when put on over some black, navy or grey kit. An example would be a DPM chest rig on a navy jumpsuit.
If ya get it done up nicely, meaning there's no mismatched colors on the rig (tan mag pouch on an OD weesatch), it'll look mint. I myself just got an OD flightsuit for a CQB loadout.

I would imagine the opposite would look just as good - OD gear on black. Black on OD looked pretty good a few years back, but that was before Coyote. Now there's nothing else. At all. Just Coyote.
Nope! Seriously - do a search for a PBASE Gallery out there called OP: Ghost Shark - one of the PQAC games hosted. Ah my bad - 'CLOAK SHARK' - I never read the name of the OP, I just go... http://www.pbase.com/pqac01/op_cloak_shark |

fuckin eh! keep em coming, I really appreciate no flamming, i havent seen it a while. its great to have threads where people stay on topic. Anyways i am leaning for OD on black or navy, but ill wait for more input. Im not sure if ill use a flight suit, ill probally use a BDU. Like i said, ill wait till i have a tonne of referance.

I've got a Swat outfit made up of Black vest on an OD flightsuit. Works well and i've seen many operators with this type of setup. For outdoors i'm sure it would work just as well.

Add to that it's really easy to bomb up on the field. All that you need is to get your measurements right the first time, and get them a bit longer in the pants. Personally you should just go with what YOU think is better in this regard - it's no stretch of the imagination to know that it will or will not work. |

well very rarely do i engage in CQB situations, its mostly in the field. Im just not sure what to get. I am thinking about a OD gear set up, that way its more interchangable with different types of camo.
