Fixed Hop-up?
After much looking I decided on my first sidearm, I think! I was looking at the KJW Beretta M9 Full Metal, now it says that the hop up is Fixed on the gun.I did some reading and searching on the site, I understand why and how hop-up works/used, but my question is should I be consurned that the hop-up can not be adjusted on this gun? If I only ever use 0.2g BBs I won't ever have to worry about changing the hop-up or 'am I wrong?
Thanks! |

Some of the new ones come with adjustable hopup. Check around and email retailers to find one of the 'New version's with adjustable hopup. I thought A&A Airsoft had them, or SpecArms, but you'd better look into that, as my memory isn't helping me too much lately. Edit-- What happened to A&A Airsoft? It's no longer on the retailer list! Gah.... I bet it's because of the ChinaSoft they have. http://www.aasurplus.ca/airsoft/ |

Specarms.com has them instock. Well the new ones anyways. Will should have them instock if not order one for you.
Their nice and the new ones comes with the all new and improved hop-up. I heard the gun has a very nice feel to it. It seems to be a promising sidearm! I've owned A KJW G23 back then untill I sold it... It was nice and well built. I'd say it would make a perfect sidearm! I sold it because my mag started to leak and I wasn't big of being a glock fan. |
