Vertical grip quality differences?

Hey all,

When (and if) I save up enough money for an AEG, I'm going to get a vertical grip with it. I used to have a softair gun from Canadian Tire and, obviously, the grip was crap. Specifically, it would twist off the rail with virtually no effort.

I'm just wondering if there are significant quality differences between grips, as far as build construction goes. Or, can I just worry about features and not worry that the grip won't even support the weight of the AEG let alone any accidental light knocks.

I was considering either the Guarder MOD tactical grip or the KA grip, because both have CR123A battery compartments and pressure switch panels, and they don't cost $75USD.

Are you asking about quality between airsoft and real steel, or quality between airsoft grips? Whichever way you go, they will both be sufficient. I have a King Arms vertical grip which is a knock off of the real steel Tango Down grip. And I have no problems with it at all. I even had it on my real steel AR15 for a while until my surefire M900 came in. If its an actual airsoft product, not soft air, it will be more than sufficient.

Its as simple as this: You get what you pay for. Dont buy cheap crap and you will be fine. I have a G&G RIS vertical grip and it works great for airsoft.

Alright, that basically answers my question. Thanks guys. I'll probably just stick with airsoft stuff, to save some $$$ for other gear. No real steel for me.
