Well, I guess I have a different sense of what is right and what is wrong.
Tell me, when you make a purchase and happen to be given too much change, do you give it back? How about if you notice that the cashier has forgotten to scan something and just puts it in the bag, do you tell them?

I'll let you know if/when it ever happens. I mostly use plastic, so...

That's a different matter altogether. You're making it sound like I tried to sneak out with them under my coat. They took my raincheck, they went to the radios, brought these ones back to me, and if you read my post, I *did* mention that they weren't the right ones, they said "that's the SKU on the raincheck, and $59.99 is the price on the raincheck, so do you want these radios for $59, or do you want to pay full price?"

You're telling me that if you had the option, you'd pay the extra $60?

Anyway, I'm evil, I'm a liar, I'm a thief, I'm untrustworthy, I kick puppies, I kill kittens and I eat babies. I get the point, so does the rest of the community, pat yourself on the back and let it go already.

Hey....I will stand for the baby eating, but not for harming animals....

Who said anything about paying more. I said you should have taken the radios that were on sale for the sale price, not the ones that were given to you in error.

Now you're just being silly and melodramtic, but fair is fair, if you no longer wish to participate then there's not much more to say.

Silly and melodramatic? Yeah, that's about right.

So you're telling me there's no pirated software or games on your computer, or any downloaded songs that you didn't get from iTunes, and you've never surfed the internet at work (while you were supposed to be working) never reused a stamp that went through the mail, you've never charged someone $25 for shipping an AEG when it actually only cost you $22, you've never parked at a parking meter that already had change in it, never went to the lunch room at work and used someone else's coffee cream without asking...

I'm not trying to start a fight (or continue one) -but seriously...

So whats the big deal anyways. When i bought 2 gun cases at canadian tire, they both had 10$ price tags on the shelf, but when the cashier scanned it, the total came out at 15$....so i want and grabbed a third one...

Well, no. All my software is licenced (old, but licenced) and I don't play video games. I don't listen to much music (prefer news radio) and what I like, I buy. As far as the internet at work, I'm allowed to browse as much as I like (as long as it's not porn) because I'm the head first aid attendant and part of out TRT (technical rescue team) and unless I'm training, I'm on stand-by.
Stamps? What the hell are those, I use email. I haven't ever shipped anything I've sold, but when actual shipping came to more than I paid, I made up for it on my next purchase from that person (PM me for his name as I don't wish to display it in public). Oh and parking is free where I need to go in my life and the cream is free at work (so is the coffee, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, and iced tea.)

Now believe me, I'm no angel, you would not have wanted to know me in my youth, but now I try to live as clean a life as possible.

Anyhow, I thought you wanted to drop this? I was willing, what happened?
Tell you what, if you wish to continue, PM me. Otherwise this will be my last on this.

Bye,

Notice he said raincheck? Meaning, they didn't have the radios in stock for the sale, so they gave him a raincheck for the sale price when the radios came back in stock.

I can see your point and Jacob's point, but what's the (here's that word again) POINT of pushing this into the trash bin so fast? It went to shit as soon as you hit the QUOTE button the first time.

Considering that the two principals in this discussion/debate/argument have decided to drop it, what is your point in carrying it forward any futher. You missed the boat, it's dead. Leave it be.
