Looking to buy foam for my case

I am looking to change the foam inside my carrying case. I am wondering where I can get replacement for a decent price. I am located in Toronto so an store within driving distance would be awesome.

case is pelican 1740
I want to implement this:

Because of this, I do not need the whol big block of foam

my goal is to have all my stuff(helmet, plate carrier, etc) under with two rifles on top.
