Milspex MK23 Pistol Holster
Does anyone own or have ever used a Milspex MK23 Thigh Mount Pistol Holster? I am considering getting one, and was wondering if they are any good.

First off, I'll have the disclaimer that I am a gear whore and spend too much money on nylon.
But why on earth would you spend the $$$ on a nice gun and then cheap on on a holster? If you buy a cheap holster, it'll fall apart sooner, won't ride as nicely, and you'll risk losing a big $$$ gun; I've had a GBB fall out of a holster. Into the sand. Twice, with two different holsters. The end result was a complete piece by piece cleaning, both times. Learn from my mistake. You can find a good quality holster for ~75 new, and cheaper used. I've had good results with the SOE one, but my latest love is the safariland 6004; it's much pricier at ~100 used, but it is _secure_ and pretty damned comfy.

Does your holster move when you run around with it? The holster I was looking at was at RedWolf Airsoft. They both look the same to me, but the RedWolf one cost 49.90. http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...egory?menu1=10 under combat gear

The Milspex holster is ok. It does move some when you run. There is no way it will fall out of the holster, however the silencer will. Ive dropped the silencer 2 times and being lucky and having some good mates helping me look for it i have recovered it. Needless to say im not going for a 3rd time, I carry the silencer in my rig now no biggie. for the cost it is what it is, im sure there are "better" holsters out there but for the cost IMO they are good enough. btw get OD unless you are playign indoors and going for the SWAT look.
