Glock 26 Holster
Hi All,
I'm looking for a good, and preferrably inexpensive tactical (Thigh) holster for my TM Glock 26A. Anyone have a reccomendation? And a Canadian Resaler for it. Thanks.

Hmmm....
lol. Well, I haven't been on these forums for that long, but I don't think I've ever seen a topic go so long without an answer before ;-)
Was it that stupid of a question? Or does my breath smell?

I guess there is non made for G26A. G26A does not have real steel prototype, therefore I don't think any company makes holsters for this TM model. Try generic drop leg holster which can be found at pretty much any surplus store.

I use a Glock 26A and every holster I have that it fits also fits a Beretta 92. An Eagle will fit, A Tactical Tailor will fit, I even got a cheapo holster off Ebay and it fits fine. My favorite is actuall a hip holster from Uncle Mikes, a Sidekick, size 20, which ironically, fits the Beretta 92.

Buy a shitty holster and you'll be looking for your mags or pistol in the field. Find one that's made specifically for your pistol, and you'll not regret it. Particularily with Glocks, due to the protruding mag release.
The Safariland 6004 is available for a Glock 26, and it's a very highly recommended piece of kit. It's not cheap, but you'll never have to buy another holster. Or pistol. EDIT - Sorry, forgot to mention that it's availble by special order from R. Nichollls. I don't know the price. |

Mold injected holsters also have the +awesomeness looking bonus. Problem would be that he has a G26A that anime version with the weird muzzle. Not sure if Safariland carries a cartoon product line.

Thanks, I missed that in the original post. Cartoon guns are generally hard to accomodate.

I fogrot who it was but that person had the same problem, pistol doesn't fit any holsters made for Glock because of that front end, if I remember corectly that person settled for a cheap generic holster, muzzle ended up sticking out from the bottom of the holster, but hey, it's better than nothing.
If you do buy generic drop leg prepare yourself for "mag drop" syndrome just like MadMorbius pointed out. I've tried generic holster with my G23 and Beretta M9. Beretta fits fine but Glock had it's mag dropped out of mag well during the first round we played.
