Hop-up issue
Oh yes, another hop up issue!
I just got this G&G Raider 2.0 (first gun). I've been out on a couple games and have never had great accuracy with it. Kind of curves left or what have you. I removed the barrel and hop up, and this is what it looks like. I am a firm believer in "if it ain't broke, don't break it" so if this is normal - I'll stop here. Thoughts? |

This is not normal. Unfortunately it is also a common error while installing a hop-up rubber. AEG hop-up unit are all terrible this way as you have to push the rubber and the barrel together inside the unit.
Pushing with just enough force and without any torque is hard. It often takes a few tries before you will get it right. Get the barrel and rubber out. Re-align the rubber and push it back in gently. Some barrel and hop-up rubber comboes just won't fit in some hop-up chambers (this is why two parts chambers that screw together like on most GBB are inherently superior) but in your case its stock so it should fit.

Thank you for confirming what I expected. I will try and take it apart this evening and sort it out. Glad I was right to blame my gun for inaccuracies and not the shooter 😉
