The perfect mags
Whats up guys! I just recently purchased an APEX R5 M12 and the gun is amazing, my only problem is finding mags. The mag it comes with doesn't sit properly and has to be held forward to feed but thankfully my DYTAC high cap feed flawlessly in almost any gun I've tried it with. My one big issue though is mid caps. I'm not too sure which mid caps are and are not compatible with APEX and I don't want to take a chance with something that may be compatible and it end up being the other way around.
Any ideas on what kind of mid caps I should get?

Try simply shimming the back (trigger side) of the magwell with some felt tape (thin chair floor protector) or soft side velcro. It will hold mag forward for you letting feeding happen better.
Not tried the, but the modify brand mid cap mags have a spine down the back you can sand to custom fit for and feeding issues you may have.
