Thoughts on the Valken Battle Machine CDN L

Just bought my first ever airsoft gun and im already addicted, however the one thing i notice about this gun is that sometimes the mag only shoots about 3 or 4 shots on semi auto then i have to turn the wheel while other times i get close to 30 shots before i have to turn the wheel. I am very happy that my wife likes the gun as i hope to buy myself a nicer gun in the near future but not to sure what to get. For now i will get my xtra midcaps and gear needed so i can go play a game or 2 out on the field. Would like some suggestions on any new assault riffle to get.

You should be able to get through half the mag or more on a fully wound hicap.
