Got a 20" barrel I bought specifically not to have threads one.
If you want threads, buy one with threads... It's going to be cheaper than the lathe work on your existing barrel. |

If you are really cash strapped you could consider epoxying it on. Challenge with this is 1) cannot remove it and if you do you will probably damage both the suppressor and barrel and 2) will be difficult to line it up perfectly with the bore axis when installing without threads.
