Fps doesn't have to be lower than 360. You can own an airsoft gun with high fps. You just can't import a gun that shoots lower than 366 fps or higher than 499 fps. Also, it is much smarter to buy a good pistol for $100 more and never need to replace it (because TM guns have a lot of replacement and upgrade parts out there) than to buy a cheap gun that will fail on you, give you a headache, and force you to eventually buy the good secondary anyways.
