Airsoft gun shooting very low, how to up fps?

I have an Echo 1 P90 that is shooting at around 220 FPS with an M100 spring inside of it, everything else is stock. At the moment I really want the gun shooting at around 400 FPS. I took apart the gearbox and reshimmed/greased everything a year ago when there were other problems with it. Is there a reliable way to increase the FPS from 220 to around 400 through things such as spring changes or other parts that I can change? Or is there an underlying problem that I am not aware of such as an air leak causing the low fps? I bought the gun used from someone and it has been firing at 220 since the purchase.

Air leak most likely.
