In need of machinist for custom work
Posting in the doctors corner since it's the "I need help fixing stuff" section and I can't think of where else to throw this.
Long story short, I am looking for a machinist to custom CNC a few aluminum parts for some projects that we're working on. I'm looking for an individual or someone who can recommend a person they know who would be down to make some Airsoft related items.
The person I am looking for is someone who is confident enough to be able to take a vague concept and create engineering genius - but the projects are simple enough where it shouldn't be more than machining some aluminum into normal sized bits and tapping some holes. The work I need done is "external" for accessories, not internal such as custom hammers or crazy spring loaded buttons.
II'm more than willing to pay the good dollars for good work as I'm all about compensating people and having this stuff made will save me headaches. I could take this to a shop but I figure I can shop around on here first and see if there is someone in the community who is enthusiastic enough to give this a go, or can recommend a friend.
Post here or PM me. I'd like to get started sooner rather than later. Would prefer people closer to Toronto but willing to work with people anywhere in Canada.
