ptw's and aeg's use the exact same physics and a lot of the same internals, and you can get amazing accuracy on just a 9" barrel (TW5s). That being said, GBBR physics aren't significantly different and amazing range and accuracy is possible on a 5" barrel.
I would have to disagree a bit. 455 is as far as most people have been able to maintain air pressure to centre the BB in the barrel. I've gotten up to 550mm accurately, and I've been able to maintain air pressure to that distance as well. I can verify that by the FPS gains I get in that gun going up to that length.

The reason I can get that is because I'm at a slightly higher FPS, and because I'm really anal about air seal. So much so that most people call me out on bullshit for my FPS claims. Apparently nobody wants to believe that a M120 with a perfect air seal will put out 455 FPS. No I'm not using a bore up kit.

As for your hop up, ProWin usually has compatibility issues with VFC guns. Major nozzle misalignment. The Guarder black rubber... It literally doesn't do anything better than your stock VFC rubber. Get a bridge hop setup.
Ok, I got the bridge hop

So, what do you recommend for the hop-up?
-Pro-Win
-Prometheus
-Mad Bull
-Modify
-Lonex

also, one other thing. If I chose the 407mm prometheus barrel, I need a 122mm silencer minimum (407 [Aftermarket barrel lenght]-285[Stock barrel lenght]=122), i'm I right?
My question is: Can I put a longer silencer compare to the inner barrel? Like a 140mm silencer? 18mm over?

Just use a Lonex unit. You will need to modify the bolt slightly for it to work properly though.

Yes, completely fine to use a longer mock suppressor. Just don't go too overboard. 18mm is fine.

Whoa whoa whoa.
OP said that he had a choice between the Tactical Elite 2 Carbine and the VR16 Saber CQB.
He decided to go the route of the Saber CQB, which is fine; internally, they are the same and the Saber looks pretty cool.
BUT why is he almost doubling the inner barrel length and slapping on a long suppressor on a CQB-length gun?!?!?!
Why not just get the full length carbine?
The RIS on the TacElite2 is much longer too, as opposed to the Saber's keymod rail, so he can stick more stuff on it if he wants to.
Just doesn't make sense to me...

Oh, okay, that makes sense. Just letting you know though, that suppessor you are thinking of using will be almost half the length of the rifle itself; that is a super long inner barrel you chose. I advise you reconsider and just run it stock till it breaks; when it does, and you still want to do these upgrades, you could do them then. Trust me, a cqb length rifle with a long suppressor will look a little odd. Also, a longer barrel doesn't do anything except raise your fps; someone (ThunderCactus I think) posted a thread about the effects of having a longer inner because he was sick of people asking him to put in barrels because they want to "increase accuracy" when they don't.

Yeah, I think i'll stick with a 407mm or a 363mm. I think a 70mm or a 120mm will look a little weird?? maybe not the 120-140mm, i dont know.

by the way, I ordered a cheap 180mm supressor from ehobby just to give me a glimpses.

Now, I'm totally mix up xD
what do you think would be the best (for the outdoor field) between this one:
VR16 SOPMOD SPR

and this one:
VR16 Saber CQB

For me, the SOPMOD is more aesthetic.

They will both perform pretty much equally well. The internals are identical.
The SPR will have slightly higher fps and range due to the increased barrel length, but in all likelihood, NOT have better accuracy. However, the SPR will be significantly heavier, and more cumbersome if you have to enter a structure.
If you plan to play indoors at all, that SPR will be way too long for proper use in any field except maybe Siege, so I would get the Saber in that case.
If you're playing outdoors and only outdoors, choose the gun that you think looks sexiest (as long as it's VFC).
Slight off-note, I don't see anywhere in Canada retailing the SPR; it looks a lot like the TacElites. If you're planning on buying the SPR out of country, I would just contact a retailer to see if they can order in a TacElite or the SPR for you.

Thank you for your answer. My other account is ban because I had another older account (This one).

You can buy the SPR in ONE shop in canada.
I can't give you the link of the retailer, but here a link on google.
https://www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=...A&cr=countryCA

Also, I noticed TorontoAirsoft raised the VR16 price.

But, the retailer had other Tactical Elite 2 in stock, so I finally bought the TacElite2

Oh lol. I only skimmed through that list at first, and I'm automatically drawn to English and ignore other languages. Sorry Quebec for ignoring you as part of Canada :P. And yes, TA did raise their VR16 prices; probably due to that real shit exchange rate... oh well. VFC's are nice regardless of what you get. Outdoors, that rifle will serve you well. Have fun with it, but take care of her .

Yeah, i'm so happy. The SPR is too long and the saber is too short. The TacElite2 look perfect to me

When I ask for the SPR it was backorder and the TacElite2 came back to stock , so I return to my first choice.
