Another option would be to get a new battle belt with four suspender loops and use your old yoke at least the top would fit in better. You just remove the lower straps and buy a few meters of webbing to and a few triglides or side release buckles and your all set.

WPJ, as good of an idea as you have suggested the CF kit god's have managed to not line up the two back d-rings on the yoke for most stuff. If you can find an EI web bear set( not using the right name will correct later) that is in the system. You just maybe able to get away with that one, however that system is now very rare.
