We Scar upgrades

So Ive been looking at the old threads that are littered here and there throught these forums and otherwise... I keep seeing people saying you need to upgrade part 27 and 66 of the WE scars.

Now I can find part 27 from RA-Tech fairly easily, but I cannot for the life of me find a part 66.

Are these upgrades still needed on the newest production models of the WE Scar?

As well, im looking into replacing parts such as the bolt with a steel RA-Tech one. I am assuming it would be a good idea to replace as many stock parts with steel asap to avoid the steel parts eating the lesser metals and causing problems?

What is the value of the WE Scar level three from RA-Tech?

Sorry for the questions, but I really couldn't find the info I require.

Thanks for your time!

For reference, part 27 and 66 are part of the stock hinge.

Yah but again, I can only find part 27. There doesn't seem to be part 66 anywhere. i can find a stock part, but that's not really the point.

Like you, I would have assumed that replacing as many parts as possible with steel would be a good idea. Seems reasonable.
I've been told by a few gundocs that that's not arbitrarily the way to go. While the steel parts are being upgraded, they're moving and interacting with components that aren't, or maybe can't be, upgraded.
That'd cause those part to wear down faster than needed, and if it's a part that can't easily be replaced, you've a new parts gun for sale on our classifieds.
I've been told to go ahead and upgrade, but weigh wether it's necessary and what the detractions could be.
