Yep, the nubs have grown tired of their L96's and VSR10's and want the convenience of semi auto lol

M14s may be a pain in the ass to take apart, but there's nothing wrong with the gearbox design...

the straightest-shooting airsoft gun I've seen in a long time was a shotgun : /

Do you play in Walmart?

The TM M14 was a very solid gun. You need the Guarder FTK installed to really get everything out if it though.

Those cheap springer shot guns (bet it as that one with the 3 BB tubes) and .40 BBs are silly accurate.

This winter I'm building a M249 DMR, a 870 DMR and a G17 based DMR.

It's not the gearbox that's the problem. The gearbox is very easy to work on.
It's the maze of selector switch parts they mounted to the gearbox that's the problem lol

I was going to post that when I got home from work.

I still say get a gun you like and make it work for you. Although, the other problem is if you get that bulky rifle and it's your only gun, your going to have a bad time when winter finally comes. Not everyone plays outside all winter

....I'm.....going to add that to my kit. Does HSGI make a pouch for a DMR? I'm sure the marshmallows will fit in an ammo pouch.
