Superhog - count your shots, load a different coloured bb as your last shot so you know or simply move the bolt slow and steady as not to "ram" through the mag?

other then that I am not aware of a fix for that anywhere.

As much as I didn't like my M24, the trigger is much nicer even stock over a VSR10.
Optic is a Bushnell 3-9x40mm scope.
Paintjob is duracoat. Airbrushed with stencils and masks. Done by Marskman.

To prevent destroying the feeding lips of your mags, you need to chamber each round carefully. Making sure the mag is seater all the way in before returning the bolt to battery (chambering the round).

Also, leaving one or two BB out of max capacity help not putting too much upward pressure on the feeding lips.

I have 8 mags for my rifles. I busted 1 alwready. I have one that is showing a lot wear and tear but still function. I still keep 2 brand new in box for the futur as they are hard to find.
I usually field 3 mags for games.

I also have an old bugger of a CA M24. I haven't used it a lot lately since I have been too busy to play much but I love the hell out of it. I've had a buddy repair almost every stock screw and bolt in it since I have owned it, and it is great now. Mine came with a couple modded mags when I got it, just little pieces of thin metal over the feed lips to strengthen em. I'm lookin at getting some new mags for the ol girl this summer. It is definitely as solid as was suggested earlier in the thread. Nothing small or frail about it, to be sure.
