WE AK PMC Safety fail, full auto fail

Just bought a AK PMC off classified, out of the box the gun won't fire in full auto and safety won't block the trigger. The u shaper lever that connected to Selector lever seems can not reach the trigger part to engage the safety or full auto.......Seller claimed that "switch to safety" means pull the bolt to end and lock it up with selector lever which clear not true since I own AK74UN and safety works fine. He refused my request for refund with me paying the shipping and claim he has more positive trading rates than me.......so.......anyone has idea what might cause the problem of the gun? And what to do in situation like this, thanks.

What trigger mech do you have?

I know the ra-tech ones are quite a handful to deal with...

Also, doesn't the WE PMC have no real "safety"? Only the manual selector switch that also acts as a manual bolt catch?
