Companies who make the AUG A1
Hey all,
Down the road, I might be adding an AUG to my collection, but one question. Who makes a decent aug? So far I've seen Classic Army and JG, but that's where the line stops (No Marui for now, only because they cost an arm and a limb to buy) at this point, I'm just looking at externals, because I plan to do an overhaul on the gun anyway. Thanks in advance for the tips, Cheers!

If no TM, that's.

You can get a TM for cheap if you want.
Also, not much can be failed on an AUG. The lower receiver is a basic 2-parts clamshell and upper is a cast solid piece. CA, JG and TM are pretty much the only ones making an A1. If you want to overaul it all, I would go with the JG. It's easy to find and cheap. Externals are on par with the TM (remember, the AUG is an old model, nothing special on there). Internals suck, but you want to swap that anyways. The latest version had a metal hop-up chamber already. My TMs broke and the G&P chamber is impossible to find anymore. |
