Importing Helmets?

I want to import some replica helmets, but I've been looking around and I've seen that body Armour is illegal in BC. Would they get seized if I were importing from out of canada?

Body armour is actually legal in BC you just need a PAL.

So if your in BC and have one or live else where your set.

you might have Export issues with some stuff

Think logically, wearing replica armor in a real gunfight is as stupid as using an airsoft gun.

Assuming you import ballistic helmet. Who's going search it? Last I've heard it's CANADIAN border service Agency. What does CBSA follow? Federal laws. Municipal and Provincial law are NOT CBSA's responsibility.

CBSA isn't the problem, it's the guys that check it going OUT of the states.

export problem, not import problem.
