Looking for WWII MP40
Anyone know where to order nice WWII air soft guns? I'm specifically looking for an MP40 with blowback at the moment. If you know any sellers shippable to Ontario selling any WWII weapons please let me know thanks.
I have found a canadian retailer selling at a ridiculous price of over $500 for a SRC MP40 http://albertaairsoft.com/store/prod...d_product=1772 While eHobbyAsia.com has the same SRC MP40 for half the price however, they no longer have any in stock! http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/src-mp40-...aeg-gen-3.html Anyone think it's worth paying over 500$ for it? |

I think you should consult the FAQs regarding foreign retailers as you are unable to import such guns into Canada.
For WWII airsoft guns, it is unlikely to purchase a brand new quality WWII gun for under the prices you mentioned. The prices you mentioned are generally typical for an airsoft gun of that particular category and you should expect similar prices from other retailers. However, you may be able to get a lower priced gun if you get age verified and buy off the ASC classifieds. Last edited by Blargh; August 1st, 2011 at 20:16.. |

A cheaper (350-400$ in canada) non-blowback MP40 made by AGM is also available. The AGM one can uses the king-arms mid-cap and they are very reliable (mine went through 16000 BB without any modifications and it is still firing well).

Ok thanks guys! I'm new at buying this so atleast now I know 500$ seems to be an average price range for Canada. Seems like a price we have to pay to be Canadian! Alright I'll look into it then!
I really want blow back you think it's worth paying the extra 100 - 200$ for the SRC MP40 instead of the AGM one? |

Depends really.
I prefer Non blowbacks... Less bullshit to deal with in case something breaks. And honestly, the cheezy 'clickity-clack' of the blowback gets a bit more annoying than anything else. But if its the bolt movement you want, by all means. Its up to you. Im a former owner of an AGM MP40, it was great, gets a bit wobbly but I think thats a curse all MP40's have. |

Karma sells an agm mp40 through airsoft gI for 245 I think.
I have one it is non blowback. I was very happy with it until it broke. I had to shed alot of $ to repair it. However Bograin has one and he is very happy with it. I dont think Blowback is worth spending more money, I think its just one more thing that is liable to break. Plus while it Blows back, all sorts of things can go inside the gun. However SRC has the reputation of making good quality guns. BUT the fact that you can only get high cap makes it a no sell for me. |

I have the SRC and an AGM, and the SRC are worth the extra money. Their overall build quality (externals and internals) is FAR superior.
