Headset recommendations
I am looking for some radio headset suggestions. Looking for something low profile with a boom style mic. I have been looking for something that has an acoustic-tube earpiece as i find they give me the best level of comfort to bulk and with the right insert, very little noise blocking.
I have used the Cavalry style headset and I find it big and bulky, but I like the transmit quality of it as long as the mic is placed right. I have not had much luck with throat mic style ones, they don't seem to say where they need to to pick up sound.

Cavalvy is probably as low profile with boom mic that you're going to get. I haven't seen anything else in that zone.
