JG G36c weird problem...

So this is the third customer JG G36c that has been returned to us with the same problem.
On Semi Auto it will fire fine if there are no bbs present or any kind of pressure in the barrel. If you load a mag and shoot it will then shoot on full auto? It also does this if you cover the nozzle with your finger.

I opened up the gearbox after filming this vid and every thing inside is still brand new. I cant see any unusual wear. The trigger contacts are still perfect etc.
Do you guys have any ideas on this?

That certainly is a bizarre problem. The only thing I can think of is that the extra pressure being applied to the nozzle is causing the tappet plate to be ever so slightly bent causing it to interfere with the cutoff leaver. My recommendation is to lightly sand the interfering surfaces to create a small (less then 1mm) gap between the two. Just my two cents, it's hard to tell without having the thing in my hands.

Yeah it might have something to do with a worn cutoff lever, I'd start there first.

Ok I solved the problem!

Basically on the sector gear the cam on the bottom was about 0.5mm to small. So once I shot in semi the trigger trolley would not reset and thus it would shoot in auto.

I just replaced the gear with a different one and now its works fine
