WE M4 AEG Bolt Catch Problem (Help)

I had to rear wire my gearbox so that I can install my ris rail. After re-wiring I closed my gear box and installed everything back into place. However when I tried the bolt catch it just wasn't working. I pull the charging handle, the dust cover opens and the bolt slips back and holds into place. When I press the bolt release it doesn't work anymore. So I took the gun apart, and gearbox, I then realized that the little spring that works with the lever was messed up. Is there anyway to fix this?

I have thought about that, but it doesn't seem like a standard spring or something I can even find online. Here are some pictures just to make sure were all on the same page about what I'm talking about.

If it's not common, then you'll have to make it. Try emailing WE and asking them to sell you a spare.

I pulled out the lever that passed through the gearbox, which by doing so ripping out the spring. Problem solved... There is no real issue that appeared from doing so.
